Care Instructions

Most pieces are delicate and should be cared for properly.

All purchases include either a cotton pouch or a gift box. It is recommended (but not necessary) to store items there when not in use. Please do not throw jewelry in the bottom of a bag, especially if it contains gemstones of any kind. Gemstones and crystals can chip or break if handled roughly.

Avoid exposing jewelry to water at all costs. 

Brass is my favorite metal to use, and it will oxidize and turn from a bright "gold" to a luscious, deeper color. The oils from your skin and oxygen in the air will give your piece character over time. 

I recommend laying bracelets and necklaces flat when not in use to avoid minor stretching over time.

Most necklaces can be made shorter or longer upon request. Please message me first to see if it is obtainable.

All bracelets are adjustable unless otherwise noted. Please message me first if you need a larger size for a bracelet. I’m always happy to accommodate, but need to make sure I have enough gemstones on hand to fulfill your request.

If you'd like to exchange metals for a piece, I usually have Sterling Silver and gold-filled available. Additional charges will apply.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders will be placed in a kraft cotton-filled box and ready to gift!

Orders with multiple items will ship in one gift box. Please send me a message if you need separate boxes for each item.

How do I measure my wrist?

Choose the spot on your wrist where you'd like the bracelet to sit. Using a tape measure, wrap it around your wrist and measure the length.

IMPORTANT: add 0.5in to your measurement so the bracelet isn't too snug.

Ex: if the circumference of your wrist is 7in your bracelet size would be 7.5in.

If you don't have a tape measure, you can use a piece of string, mark the length, then measure your desired length against a ruler. All bracelets are adjustable between 6.25" - 7.75" with an extender chain. When requesting a custom size please mention whether or not you'd like an extender chain. 

Sizing details

My bracelet is too big/small, what do I do?

I offer free resizing for any order that hasn't been worn and is in its original condition. The shop not responsible for shipping to and from. The buyer will have to cover the cost of shipping both ways.  Return address: Emily Furtado PO BOX 2383 Taunton, MA 02780

Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS - I will gladly accept returns within 7 days after the delivery date. The shop is not responsible for return shipping. Full refunds will be issued once the item is returned in its original condition and completely unworn. If there is any damage to the item, the buyer will receive a refund of 30% less than the purchase price of the item.

EXCHANGES - I do not accept exchanges of any kind. If you would like to return your item, a full refund will be issued the day I receive it, provided it is in its original condition and unworn. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs. If you would like another item, you will have to purchase it separately.

My package is marked delivered by the Post Office, but I don't have it. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, if the Post Office marks the package as delivered, I have to take that as proof of delivery, and refunds will not be available unless a police report for stolen mail is filed. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location.

If this does happen, check with anyone who may have picked up the package and brought it in. After that, check with neighbors, or look around your house to see if the mail carrier left it in an inconspicuous area. After that, check with the Post Office in person to get the GPS reading from the delivery scan. In the case of stolen packages, you should file a stolen package report with the police and the Post Office so that they can track patterns of theft in your area.

I accidentally used the wrong address! Can I change it?

If you purchased an item using the incorrect address and the item has been shipped, there is nothing I can do from there. No refunds or replacements will be given for providing the incorrect address as it is the responsibility of the buyer.
