Processing time

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies, although we strive to make and ship your orders within 1-3 business days. Please allow a longer lead time during holiday seasons and long holiday weekends. We appreciate you supporting handmade!

This is a shipping estimate, not a guarantee. Please note during high volume seasons and holidays (ex: long holiday weekends) shipping times vary. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. To find about current delays, visit the USPS website.

Customs and import taxes (outside of the U.S. only)

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.




We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. The return must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your package.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We have a zero refund policy for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. The buyer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

If the package is marked as delivered by the Post Office, we take that as proof of delivery and will not refund for lost or stolen packages. In this event, please contact your local Post Office.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom orders (including custom sizing), wholesale orders or bulk orders (ex: bridal party sets, gift sets).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If there is a mistake on our part, we will do what we can to make it right!


We do not accept exchanges, but we do accept returns within the mentioned timeframe. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. All items that have been visibly worn or damaged are subject to a 30% restocking fee. No exceptions.
